For the month of October we are going to focus on poses that keep us on the ground, one might say...where the zombies and ghouls tend to creep about 🧟‍♀️🤪👻

Just like before.. nothing out of the ordinary…JUST YOGA. Just get on your mat. There is no right size, shape, age, gender or nationality to practice yoga. All that matters is that you get on your mat, breathe and do the practice. Yoga is a journey and there is no destination. .
As always, we encourage ALL levels to join and share their daily practice. And of course we will be designating a modifier to show amazing variations as well!

Since it was nice outside this morning, i.e. not real humid and not sweltering hot, I wanted to spend some more time out on my deck and practice and stretch. I am slowly getting back in to my practice and I certainly need these moments.

But, I kid you not, in the 3 minutes it took to take these pictures I was swarmed by mosquitoes and have at least 5 bites on my thighs.
