Since launching our #Made2Move celebration a few months ago, we’ve been sharing awesome stories from the TRX community that inspire us to keep moving well.

These photos were sent to us by Bo Shappell, a PE teacher at Daniel Boone Middle School in Pennsylvania - we recently donated trainers and other functional tools to the school district. He told us his students loved the straps and that TRX quickly became their favorite PE activity. Two students in particular really stood out. Historically, they’ve both despised PE yet they both came up to Bo with a twinkle in their eyes and told him how much they enjoyed working with the suspension trainers.

We’re sharing this video from our partners, @BoulderCrestRetreat for Military Veteran Wellness. Back in 2016, we outfitted their on-site training program with TRX Suspension Trainers to help with their mission to help heal our nation’s veterans. In addition, each soldier who’s visited Boulder Crest from 2016 to today is given a set of TRX straps to take home so they can continue to build physical strength and improved mobility well beyond their stay at BCR.
