One of the hardest exercises in the #TRUSTMYCOACH Training Program - only suitable for Advanced athletes! 😅💪 Go close to a wall and position yourself into a handstand. Lean yourself onto the wall. You then slowly lower your head down to the floor and then push yourself upwards with force. Repeat these actions.

Tips: ✅ Do not arch your back - this can cause pain or an injury. Keep your back in a straight line.
✅ Never fully extend your elbows when pushing up. This relieves stress on the elbow joints and provides better stability.
✅ Keep tension in your legs by flexing your feet.
✅ Like most push-ups, be slow and controlled going down and a little more explosive when going up.
✅ Deep breaths!
Depending on how advanced your level is, do between 5-10 repetitions! ‼️But be careful‼️

👉Balance is often a part of training that is forgotten or regarded less important. But think about it... in a football game, you are constantly changing direction, dodging, jumping and landing. ⚽️ So balance needs to be ‼️100%‼️to get around players, have the advantage and avoid injury. ✅ My Suggestion: incorporate simple exercises on an unstable ground. Here, I am training on a small boat, but this is a little ridiculous 😂 Some better options are standing on a pillow, indo board, Swiss Ball, Bozu Ball, Balance Cushion or simply standing on one leg while doing an exercise. ✅✅✅
This type of training helps to strengthen your ankle and knee joints + improves your balance! 👏💪🤜🤛
