One of my favorite drills for changing direction which is KEY to youth athlete development πŸ‘ŠπŸΌ My soccer girls Lily & Hannah did great with this. Working on landing, control, & change of direction from a center point.

πŸ‘ŠπŸΌ I’ve worked with Phoebe for a few years now. She has progressed so much in her strength & it’s so awesome to see.
πŸ‹πŸ»β€β™€οΈ As athletes grow, they start to develop more body awareness (for example, knees pressing out in lower body movements & no longer turning in, etc.) which then translates into more mature movement patterns, especially with a great base of strength/conditioning work.
