Part 3: 4v1 One Touch - Two Touch Progression
Set up a 5 yard x 5 yard grid.
1) Awareness - recognize where pressure is coming from and play away from pressure.
2) Spacing “get to the corner” to make the grid as wide as possible.
3) Give advice so player makes the correct pass.
4) Play the “considerate” pass (appropriate weight)
Restrictions: one touch, two touch, progression ⚽️
This progression helps the players play an appropriate pass depending if their teammate has one or two touches.
