I got so many handy tips from the @diceyoga workshop this weekend with help from @yoginimimi5 as well. To get in to this one try it against a wall first. Start in a headstand and see if you can lift your head to a forearm stand. Then lean your bum against the wall then try to balance as you take your legs off the wall. #hollowback #pinchamayurasana #yoga #forearmstand

How long should you hold a stretch for? Holding a stretch for 30 seconds at the point of onset of discomfort produces the best result.
