PERU NEEDS YOUR HELP
My family's native Peru has been struck by the worst natural disaster it has witnessed in decades in the form of intense mudslides and floodings as a consequence of heavy rains. So far, over 800 cities have been declared in a state of emergency, over 60,000 people have been left completely homeless and displaced, more than 70 people have died, and the rain is not expected to end in the upcoming weeks. Massive crop destruction, electricity and water cuts, and lack of clean water have led to mass despair and chaos riddling the entire country.
The Government has stated that for the time being, tents for the homeless and bottled water would be the most useful. If any of you would be willing to donate--or just share this message--it would make a huge difference to the lives of many who have lost it all.
From what my Grandma says my family is all in the clear but many are not. There has been a verified gofundme set up to get things for the people in Peru that need these things, if you donate I'm sure the people of Peru will be forever grateful.
