Maxing out push press has been frustrating lately, I've been stuck at #165 for over a year. I'm always afraid of hitting myself in the face, so today I was really focusing on moving my head around the bar instead of moving the bar around my head. Turns out keeping a straight bar path really helps 😜 #190

6 sets of 4 back squats @ 80%, and I'm pretty pumped about how good they felt πŸ˜ƒ
Still not super comfortable with spilt jerks, I'd much rather push jerk, but they are getting better.
