Finally got my hands on some @smoothchocolator chocolates over at the @sgcoffeefest last week! Thank you Victor(@beanstobars) for bringing such great bars to Singapore and I can't wait to taste them!

Late afternoon coffee at Kurasu. Great to see you again @def.t and @rooeye ! Awesome set up and great coffee! I could see myself going back when I am around the area! Catch up again soon!

Went to The Marou Invasion recently held at Chye Seng Huat and managed to get my hands on some of their unique bars! How could I resist them! Great to see you again @sammaruta ! Hope to see you in Vietnam in the near future!

65% Dark Milk Chocolate flecked with cacao nibs of it's origin! Added a bit more milk powder this time and addition of cacao nibs for textural contrast.
Glad that I finally tempered and moulded them into bars!

Great Omakase meal at Ryo Sushi! Thank you @cheryloon for lunch! Great recommendation by @acamasteo too! Can't wait to bring more people over to this place! Thanks @ryosushisg! πŸ™πŸ» is 8 months old and I still can't believe it! Both @leeebrian and I spend so much time and energy in this little ice cream shop. I wake up everyday feeling grateful for where I am today. I have a great business partner and friend, investors and staff. All I look forward now is to be better at different aspects of the business and watch this simple space grow.

Cacio e pepe. Pasta, black pepper and pecorino romano. 3 simple ingredients and you could make yourself a comforting meal! Thank you @chefjpf @humblesommelier for the French butter! It is delicious on anything!

Last night supper, today's post. Everything made from scratch other than the plate. This is comfort food for me. 🍝 🍝 🍝

Missing that dream breakfast I had several times at Polenta, avo, pickled onion, salted fish and @chefjpf magic! After I had this, I am not going back to usual cafe food. It is always great to see @humblesommelier, @rolandtlf @akichandelle rockin this place! Wonderful energy there!

I really enjoy making things from scratch and I learn a lot in the process. It is a way for me to keep my mind off the business(Apiary) but it also helps to stay sharp. I could just rest on my day off but I always find myself going back to these tiny little projects. Chocolate and noodle making is keeping me sane for now. πŸ˜†
