As New Year’s resolutions are being made, wanted a friendly reminder of the importance of setting goals and challenging ourselves to improve each day, month, and year.
Once my professional career ended with many surgeries and years of rehab, fitness was no longer a priority for me. The second photo reminds me of how little I cared about my health and my body, but provides endless motivation for me to push everyday.

My motivation now stems from self-improvement and showing others how to change their lifestyles. We are all on different fitness journeys (even if that means we are just starting), and the focus should be on getting better each and every day.
