This dish is known to have originated in Osaka, with variations of its recipe spread throughout Japan. It’s a savoury pancake batter with crisp shredded lettuce mixed into it. Coated with a unique sauce and decorated with mayonnaise. To finish it off, it’s sprinkled on with lots of spring onions.

Have you guessed what the dish is this time? That’s right! It’s the honourable okonomiyaki!

We hope that you can join us in the making of this classic Japanese dish!
