‘tis the season for forced family photos! Good luck out there, mamas. 🤣 thanks @therebelmama for always making us laugh

Straight up never felt like this pregnant. Anyone else feel so gross and irritable pregnant, only to fall butt-crazy in love with having a newborn? 🖐🏼🖐🏾🖐🏿🖐🏽

Our @drmichelleglantz is in Thailand, and sent this beautiful photo of a mama making it happen her way across the globe. Baby wearing is something I’ve adopted from seeing it work in other cultures. Is there something you’ve admired and adopted from a mom in a culture other than your own?

Keep the good ones close. • Be a good friend to others.• Be a good friend to yourself. • Go get this week, beautiful women. 💕💕 Tag someone who’s your ride or die. 👇🏼👇🏾👇🏿👇🏼

Heading into the weekend making sure to take care of mama despite what lies ahead. Remember yourselves, beauties. And enjoy. 💕

This is the face of a mom who let others’ expectations rule her choices. (With her first baby who is possibly the kindest creature I have ever met). I have put so much pressure on myself. Pressure to stop nursing at 12 months, pressure to get our baby sleeping through the night, pressure to be whatever the heck it is that my partner or family needs at any given moment, pressure to do parenting right (is my daughter lonely? Is my son being sneaky? Is my baby getting enough sleep?), pressure to deliver well on an important order, pressure to do more for people who are in real pain, pressure to belong. • Intellectually and spiritually I KNOW this is not the right way to live. But honestly I have pushed myself beyond my breaking point. Not in terms of what I “can” do but in terms of quieting that voice in my head repeating “not enough, wrong.” • I don’t want anyone to feel sorry for me. I am so beyond blessed it’s ridiculous. But I wanted to share this because every time I open up to women about my darkest spots, I find that we all face some version of this self-judgment. This is my prayer that you will feel enough today, that you will be your own best friend. #mastitis #103.4 #sweetbabyboy #giveyourselfabreak #doyou #mastitisattwelvemonths

...for all of you who are here and who share and support other women through motherhood. We’re in this together. Have a happy day full of love and gratitude. #thanksgiving2018 #hugyourmom

Anybody feel emotional on their baby’s first birthday?? This guy is one today, and I’ve been fighting off feelings of sadness while baking his cake, hosting family and cooking for Thanksgiving. Instead of letting it take me under, I gave myself some quiet moments with him to focus on the memory of his final days in my belly and then his birth. • It’s hard to resist thoughts about all the things I wish we had done together in his first year, especially knowing this is our last baby, but I flipped that thought and remembered that all of our lives unfold exactly as they are supposed to, and I’ve intentionally moved slowly in business and life in order to be here for all of our kids and for this guy’s first year — in a way that was not available to me when I was working for someone else. • I’m also constantly grateful for his happy disposition, his health and his sweetness. • We are having a small celebration today with family and homemade smash cake from a @sweetlaurelbakery recipe, and for me the absence of party planning has allowed me to enjoy him a bit more. • What kind of feelings came up for you on your baby’s first birthday? How did you celebrate? Hit us up, below 😘💕👇🏽👇🏿👇🏾👇🏼
