The ONLY way to have a life after leg day - NutraOne BCAAs come in a 10:1:1 ratio vs. 3:1:1 or 2:1:1 ratio and I noticed that when I mix two scoops plus half a scoop of the "Pump and Grow" nitric oxide in 16 oz. of water that I have reduced my post-leg day muscle soreness by a solid 95%! I drink half of it 30 minutes before I do my 10-minute cardio warm-up to make sure my vascular system is good and dilated, then I do my glute activation exercises and then I do my leg exercises while sipping the other half of the BCAA mix. When I'm done with my leg exercises I do 15 minutes of cardio to help flush out the lactic acid that built up during my workout and then I do some leg stretches.
