best part about fall baking?! the house smells AMAZE!! 🧡 whip up these Pumpkin Mini Muffins if you’re just as excited about the @toneitup Fall Challenge as #TIUgirl @dearmoscato!!!🍁✨😻
1 1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
2 Tbsp. melted coconut oil
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
Coconut oil spray
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. ♨️ Lightly spray a mini muffin pan with coconut oil spray ~ use cupcake liners to take these on the go! Combine all ingredients in a food processor and mix until well combined. Pour into greased muffin tins and bake for 15 min. Enjoy babe!! 🤸‍♀️

Beautifying Blackberry Banana Smoothie 💜✨
1 scoop vanilla @ToneItUp Protein
1/2 frozen banana
1/2 cup frozen blackberries
3/4 cup coconut water
1 Tbsp. chia seeds
1 Tbsp. cacao nibs
Add a scoop of your #TIUcollagen to give your hair, skin, & nails a lil’ extra boost this morning! Blend all ingredients until smooth. Pour in a bowl & top with your fave toppings! 🍨🤗 xxo

did someone say #NationalBurgerDay?! 🍔🍔 make these sliders for dinner tonight! 🍽
1/4 lb ground turkey or your favorite veggie burger
3 slices yellow onion
1/4 cup sprouts
1/4 avocado
1/4 cup fresh corn
3 kale leaves
2 portobello mushroom caps (for 1 large burger) or 3 baby bella mushrooms (for sliders)
Pinch of salt & pepper
Coconut oil spray
TIU approved condiments (optional)
Form three small patties with protein & sprinkle with salt ’n peppa. In a pan over med heat, spray the coconut oil spray & add the patties. ❣️ Cook for 5 mins on each side, or until cooked all the way through. 🤸‍♀️ Lay out the mushrooms & add the cooked sliders & remaining ingredients to each one. Top with mushroom cap. Recipe makes 1 serving. Enjoy babe!! 😽

Wednesdays are for waffles…ombré waffles if you’re feelin’ it 😜💕 We use fresh pitaya for the pretty in pink color!
1 scoop @ToneItUp Protein
1/2 banana, mashed
1/2 Tbsp. unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup egg whites
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 pink pitaya
coconut oil spray
Turn on waffle maker & allow to heat. Mash banana with almond milk then gradually stir in ingredients, except pitaya. 🥣 Cut pitaya in half & scoop flesh into a blender to blend until smooth. Add 1/2 Tbsp. pureed pitaya to half of the waffle batter. Spray waffle maker w/ coconut oil spray & pour in batter. Cook until done. We love to swap between batters with & without pitaya for the ombré look! 🥞 Add your fave toppings & enjoy! 🤗 #TIUnutritionplan #TIUteam @baileyytonesup

straight from the “Ultimate Brunch” section of your @ToneItUpNutrition Plan ~ Zucchini & Caramelized Onion Egg Muffins 🍳 Make ’em for brunch today or meal prep for this week! 🤸‍♀️
1 tsp. olive oil
1 zucchini, diced
1/4 cup yellow onion, diced
pinch of salt
dash of garlic powder
6 eggs
3 egg whites (or 1/2 cup liquid egg whites)
coconut oil spray
Preheat oven to 350. In a small pan over med heat, add olive oil. Sauté zucchini & onion for about 8 mins. 👩‍🍳Season w/ salt & garlic powder. Spray muffin tin w/ coconut oil spray. Combine eggs & egg whites in a bowl & whisk. Scoop veggies into muffin tins evenly. Pour egg mixture in & bake for 20-25 mins. Store in your TIU meal prep container after eggs have cooled. 🙌 We also love serving topped w/ avocado! Recipe makes 6 muffins ~ serving size 2! 💚 #TIUnutritionplan
