1 cup unsweetened almond milk
2 shots of espresso
2 dates, pitted
1/4 cup pumpkin puree (canned)
1 scoop vanilla @ToneItUp Protein
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
1/2 cup ice
Blend until smooth & enjoy!! Cheers boo πŸ₯€

Spicy Roasted Chickpeas ~ you've gotta try these in your next salad...or just to snack on 'em! πŸ€—
1 can chickpeas, rinsed
2 Tbsp. extra virgin olive oil
1 Tbsp. cumin
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 tsp. paprika
1 pinch salt
1 pinch pepper
Preheat oven to 425. Coat chickpeas with olive oil & spread out on a cookie sheet so they are in one layer. πŸ‘ Place in oven for 10 mins. Mix all dried spices in a bowl. Pull chickpeas out of oven & toss in the mixture. πŸ’ƒ Place back in the oven & cook for 20 mins or until golden brown. Remove & let cool. Pumpkin Mini Muffins ~ aka your meal prep plans tomorrow! 😏
1.5 cup rolled oats
1 cup pumpkin puree
1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1 Tbsp. vanilla extract
2 Tbsp. melted coconut oil
1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup pure maple syrup
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
coconut oil spray
Preheat oven to 350. ♨️ Combine all ingredients in a food processor & mix until well combined. Lightly spray muffin pan w/ coconut oil spray & pour batter into greased muffin tin. Bake 15 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean. Recipe makes 12 mini muffins ~ serving size 2-3 πŸ‘©β€πŸ³ Enjoy girl! xo

Peanut Butter Cookies ~
2 scoops vanilla @ToneItUp Protein
1/4 cup egg whites
1 cup peanut butter
