Gooooood moooorrrrnnniiiinnngggg! Iโ€™m feeling so good this morning because itโ€™s the end of phase 1 and the beginning of phase 2 in my 12 week transformation program! The past 4 weeks were focused on weight training & gaining muscle which I have definitely seen! Now itโ€™s time to add cardio for the next 4 weeks to try burn some fat! Woohoo ๐Ÿ˜ˆ these photos show the progress my body has made in the past 4 weeks. Overall I have lost 1.2kg. I started weighing 66kg and I am now sitting at 64.8kg. Doesnโ€™t sound like a lot and I didnโ€™t think I looked too different but looking at these photos I can definitely see it! Itโ€™s been a while since Iโ€™ve posted and to be honest itโ€™s because Iโ€™ve slacked off my diet a bit and Iโ€™m so ashamed of it. But Iโ€™m not giving up. Iโ€™ve got 8 and a half weeks left of this program and Iโ€™m feeling more motivated than ever ๐Ÿ˜ผ

New gym clothes always make me feel so motivated ๐Ÿ˜œ

Haven't posted in so long! I forgot to take a photo of my breakfast smoothie but I'm gonna post the recipe anyway bc it was soooo good ๐Ÿ˜ฉ SO, ingredients: 140g of dragon fruit blend (peaches, mango, dragon fruit, strawberries), 1 small banana, 3/4 cup of oat milk, 1tbsp of all natural peanut butter and some ice! Put it in the blender and you've got yourself a delicious smoothie ๐Ÿค— I love having a smoothie when I wake up feeling sluggish and/or a bit nauseous! // 420 calories, P: 10g, F: 14g, C: 64g (if you want that extra bit of protein, add some protein powder! It will also help thicken if up)

Chocolate protein pancakes for breakky this morning ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป these are a bit of a weird texture and can be drying but mixed with bananas and sugar free maple syrup they taste amazing! They are high in calories, but don't be afraid, as they have a lot of good stuff! Recipe makes 2 huge as pancakes! Ingredients: 2 50g scoops of @myproteinuk pancake mix, 1 50g scoop of @myproteinuk protein powder, 200ml of soy milk, 1/2 banana and some @myproteinuk sugar free syrup // Calories: 656, Protein: 95g (YEP, 95 GRAMS of protein!) Carbs: 37g, Fat: 15g

SO impressed with the @myproteinuk protein powder in 'strawberries & cream'... it literally tastes like a strawberry milkshake๐Ÿ˜ฉ๐Ÿคค I have also tried the 'chocolate brownie' flavour and it's also to die for! I have my protein with water and to have it taste amazing without needing milk is just perfect ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป definitely going to order more soon & try more of their flavours (they literally have over 20 flavours - I know ๐Ÿ˜ฑ)

French toast I've just made ๐Ÿคค recipe: 2 slices of rye bread, 1 whole egg, 1/4 cup of soy milk, 2 strawberries, 1/2 a banana and @myproteinuk sugar-free syrup // calories - 372, carbs - 55g, protein - 17g, fat - 8g

Made some protein banana pancakes this morning for breakky ๐Ÿคค recipe: 2 scoops of @luxefitness protein powder, 1/2 a banana, sprinkle of coconut flakes, 3 whole eggs, 1 egg white, 1/2 tbsp of coconut oil, sprinkle of cinnamon & 2tbsp of all natural peanut butter and 3 strawberries on top ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป 659 calories, P: 61g, F: 34g, C: 25g (for all 3 pancakes that the recipe makes, including the pb & strawberries on top. I couldn't finish it, I left around half a pancake bc if was soooo filling!)

12 week program starts tomorrow ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป meal prepping tonight ๐Ÿ˜ฉ

Appreciating the next few days that I have left of doing whatever the hell I want at the gym, as much cardio as I want and eating whatever the hell I want... oops ๐Ÿ˜ excited for the next 3 months after that, though! Keen to do this 12 week transformation program, and see good changes mentally and physically ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿป๐Ÿ˜ผ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿป
