Today, 3rd District Philadelphia @councilwomanjb held a press conference to announce the rollout of the 2018 Parking Amnesty Program.
In the Spring of 2016, Councilwoman Jannie Blackwell introduced Bill #160111 calling for a citywide Parking Amnesty Program. The Bill was passed in the Fall of 2017.
Here’s the gist:
1. Individuals with parking violations issued prior to 2013 that are unpaid, or partially unpaid are eligible as well as Individuals with towing and storage fees prior to 2015.
2. Enrollment for the 2018 Parking Amnesty Program will begin March 1, 2018 - April 30, 2018. -> On March 1st, please visit www.phila.gov/parkingamnesty to find more information and enroll online. -> Beginning March 12th, visit 917 Filbert St., Philadelphia, PA 19107 between 8:30am - 6:00pm, Monday through Friday and 9:00am – 4:00pm on Saturday.
