I don't know of you guys have heard of 'the perfect day' exercise or not, it was only shown it not long ago by a friend actually. It's not some philosophical crap that you can't relate to, it's actually a simple exercise to identify where you want to be in your life and how close or far away you are from that life.
What you (and I want you to do this today) is imagine your perfect day and everything in it, right from when you wake to when you go to sleep. This includes everything;
What time you get up,
Where in the world you are,
What you have for breakfast,
Where you had that breakfast,
What is your career?
Do you have to work at all?
What do you wear?
Do you have a spouse?
What are they like?
Do you have children?
How many? What are they like?
What does your residence look like?
What would be doing for that day
...right up until dinner and bed.
Now how close or how far away are you from that being a reality for you? Most importantly what things on that list can you change today to start living aspects of that 'perfect day?
