Phenomenal lat pulldown variation from Christian Thibaudeau (@thibarmy). The miniband around the wrists triggers a really nice rear delt contraction. If you don't have a dual pulley lat pulldown unit, you can rig it up with chains or straps as I have here. These are best for high reps!

As always with lat pulldowns, full range-of-motion is key. Let the lats stretch at the top, and really clamp and squeeze the armpit at the bottom.
