Sushi Donuts! I know, I know, I just couldn't help myself and went all foodie IG trendy ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ. An assortment of raw veggies, avo, even squash blossoms, found at the farmers market. Topped with sesame seeds, pickled ginger and a sriracha mayo ๐Ÿ˜‹ I'm bringing this dish to Nick's #inspiredbynick10k party ๐ŸŽ‰ I got inspired by Nick's bagel pic with all those amazing food combos. Nice cream sandwiches for dessert this week ๐Ÿฆ vanilla nice cream with blueberries and a cherry compote folded in, also added some blue green spirulina for color. Made some "pasta con broccoli" with lots and lots and lots and lots of garlic for my teenage nephew and niece who are in from PA for the weekend! Love them so muchโค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธโค๏ธ and they loved the dish too. Sweet Potato Al Pastor for Dinner ๐Ÿ˜‹The perfect summer taco for #tacotuesday ๐Ÿ๐ŸŒฎ๐Ÿ  Shredded sweet potatoes, quinoa, mixed with a fresh pineapple chili sauce and topped with a refreshing pineapple salsa. Fettuccini with Peas and Scape Pesto topped with King ๐Ÿ‘‘ Oyster Mushrooms. Sautรฉed the farmers market shrooms in @earthbalance Used a marvelous scape recipe by my friend Jessica @withhealthandgratitude, which you can find on her blog. I never even knew what king oyster mushrooms existed until @emwiththehyphen enlightened me. These mushrooom resemble scallops! Ammmazinggg. I was able to make this tonight because my seven year old is sleeping over grandma and grandpas and she "HATES MUSHROOMS"๐Ÿ˜ฑ ๐Ÿ„Finally got on the mushroom train @appleseedcuisine ๐Ÿ˜œ#vegancommunity
