I've gone through a lot the past 2 years. Death, PTSD, depression, anxiety, counselling, unwanted weight, etc. And to balance that I've also made lots and lots of new friends, made huge career progressions, became an aunt, and feel more satisfied and grateful.

Every meal is without animal suffering. Each one a smaller environmental footprint, yet a step towards a longer healthier life.
