This is @zoemcintosh28. We’ve just signed this playful director globally. A little bit about her... she has a contagious energy, an innate ability to connect with both actors and real people, her most recent short film ‘The World in Your Window’ is up for the 2019 Oscar’s, she’s also shot campaigns for brands, including Aldi, Sky TV, Cadbury and Spark, she was @cannes_lions Young Director of Year in 2013. Stunning animation work for Dulux from director @Petecircuitt - Here’s his explanation of the process... “We didn't paint the animation on set because it was not practical to secure any residential location for the many weeks required to do it. The action is instead painted digitally, and because its done in computers, the real achievement lies in the trail technique. When a character moves it leaves a history behind it. And it is this quality which was terrifically difficult to execute. The method we used to make the trails was to animate the characters and then project each animated frame back upon the walls, and make it stick while the camera moved forward, following the action.”

This is a still from a project done for @amnesty International - Director David Petch collaborated with Ogilvy & Mather to create a series of strikingly effective pre-roll films for the international charity. The films achieved a click through rate 444% higher than average, with 81% of viewers watching them through to the end, compared to an average of 6% for pre-roll ads.
The films went on to win Gold and Silver Awards at the Creative Circle for best Charity Campaign. #davidpetch
