+ good morning +
I’m super excited about starting my day and of course it begins with breakfast and my morning regimen. As a public health professional, I think it’s super important to address the idea that skincare is 100% based on the products you apply. No, no, no... honestly it’s about 1/4 of what you apply that affects your skin. Your diet and lifestyle also has a direct correlation to the state of your skin whether it’s suppleness, elasticity, radiance, and hydration.
Drinking water, having sufficient vitamin intake via vegetation, and regular facial massages are some ideal ways to supply your body with adequate nourishment and circulation.
I’m a flexitarian. I flexibly eat chicken and seafood and maintain mostly a vegetable diet. I abstain from fried foods and too much sugars. I’m not saying this is what everyone should do but since I’ve changed my diet I feel ten times better. There are moments when I do eat other things and I see the difference. It’s seems the first place it goes is my face..
Find out what works for you and remember that in order to truly obtain the results you want you have to go beyond the superficial.
