Whatever you have in your pantry chili 🌶
After browsing numerous recipes online and realizing I don’t have all the ingredients needed, I decided to just wing it. This vegan chili hit the spot on this blustery cold Sunday!
1, 15oz can of each: Black beans, kidney beans, and chickpeas. I used @wholefoods 365 variety.
28oz diced tomatoes.
15oz can tomato 🍅 sauce.
4oz can green chillies.
1, diced red pepper.
2 tablespoons chili powder.
1/2 tablespoon of onion and garlic powder.
Salt and pepper to taste.
Crockpot on high for 2 hours.
Servings: 6 at [6 SP] per bowl.
