Finally! ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ Sweet potato ๐Ÿ  toast is mine! Craving was strong ๐Ÿ’ฏ for over a week ๐Ÿ˜ญ๐Ÿ˜ซ and during that time @tinythunderr AND @weightwatchers posted SP toasts #howrude ๐Ÿ˜˜๐Ÿ™ƒ
Hit this toast in the #airfryer for 15 minutes at 375 degrees with a little @earthbalance soy-free "butter" ๐Ÿคค
Toast topped with almond nut butter (fresh ground nut butter has changed my life ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ), strawberries ๐Ÿ“, almonds, cinnamon, and chia seeds.
๐ŸŒŸ With a breakfast like this, it makes being #lessmeatmoreplants ๐ŸŒฑ easy ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ [8 SP]

When your goal is sweet potato ๐Ÿ  toast for breakfast but you send up buying white variety...which:
1๏ธโƒฃ You didn't even know there are white sweet potatoes ๐Ÿ˜ฏ
2๏ธโƒฃ They don't really taste that great ๐Ÿ˜ฃ At least not for your application.
3๏ธโƒฃ You make oatmeal instead ๐Ÿ‘Œ๐Ÿผ

Trying my hand a chia seed pudding because another bowl of oatmeal just won't cut it for me. Without the protein need to bump up the fiber.
Breakfast has always been for me ๐Ÿž ๐Ÿณ ๐Ÿฅ“ so I truly think this meal will be the hardest to change for me. Any breakfast recommendations? Pleeeasssee send them my way ๐Ÿค—

True story: I saw the dress on @renttherunway probably over two years ago at this point. I didn't rent it back then because I didn't fit into the largest size of it.
This is why this is for life ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ and I won't ever quit putting my health first. Because I am a sucker for a pretty dress ๐Ÿ’•

I am looking for accounts that focus on vegetarian or vegan lifestyle/food ๐Ÿ˜Ž
I am slowly moving to make the majority of my meals meatless ๐Ÿ– In the past, I tried to be full-blown vegan and failed miserably after 3 days ๐Ÿ˜ซ๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜ญ That was about 5-6 years ago ๐Ÿ™Š
Currently, my goal is one meal โ˜๐Ÿผper day. Baby steps ๐Ÿ‘ฃ

Because I don't feel that great ๐Ÿ˜ฃ I feel sluggish ๐ŸŒ and tired ๐Ÿ˜ด more than I should even though I pass a medical physical with flying colors ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ. I have researched the benefits of a plant-based ๐ŸŒฑ diet. I can't ignore the information out there to at least try, at least one meal ๐Ÿฅ˜ per day for start.
Plus, so far, it's been a total smartpoints saver ๐Ÿ˜‰ and this oatmeal with a crumbled up @larabar and peanut ๐Ÿฅœ butter was ๐Ÿ’ฏ [8 SP]

I took my measurements and hopped ๐Ÿฐ on the scale to start the month off with my numbers.
The scale number still isn't budging, I am just hovering and maintaining around 184-186 pounds ๐Ÿคท๐Ÿปโ€โ™€๏ธ

Be it with my measurements numbers (which haven't changed since June) or the scale, it's time to get this train moving ๐Ÿš‚ #tacotuesday

As I said in my story, completing 24 hours worth of workouts was not easy. It meant dedication almost daily, mainly so I would never be in a state of trying to catch up later. ๐Ÿšด
That's thing with this journey, there is no catching up, ever. What you do daily is what is reflected, not just a push here and there. You can't cheat your way to progress, only with commitment.
