We stress fitness but fact still remains.... it's mainly diet that affects your overall health and fitness.
Right now I'm reteaching myself to eat at home and modifying my dishes to lighten them up a bit. .
I don't believe in light or reduced fat foods. I'm more a fan of substitutions and moderation.

I also am big on portions. Portion control, if done properly, can stop you from eating any modified foods. No light syrups or fat free cookies. Food should be sustenance AND flavorful and an enjoyable experience.

Slow Cooker Healthy Pumpkin Spice Latte
5 cups strong coffee
4Β½ cups almond milk
β…“ cup pumpkin puree
2 tbsp @stevivabrands #Nectevia (or 1/4 cup honey)
2 tsp vanilla
1Β½ tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/2 tsp cinnamon
Mix all ingredients in the slow cooker. Stir to mix well. Cook HIGH 2 hours.
