Recently ran some really steeep slopes for fitness training and was really happy w myself for completing 7x 400m up and down at similar pace with the guys for my very first time without stopping - but... didn't know that I may have over strained and that my already huge calves would start swelling 2 days later till I cannot walk, bcos I still felt okay after the run.. Probably bcos I barely drank enough water and also didn't do proper cool down or stretching after. (Or I am just weak & the slopes are really lethal 😈 hahaha)
HOWEVER, attending Yin Yang Yoga @theyogaco really helped to relax, stretch out and relieve my extremely inflamed and tensed muscles!! ☺️ & Their classes always make me feel better and refreshed after a long day of work! 💪🏼
