We all talk about confidence. We've heard how important it is but I think many of us don't really understand it's true definition nor do we know how to build more of it. -
The law of thermodynamics states that energy can neither be created nor destroyed. What is has always been. And what had been will always be. My point is that energy is always being transformed from good or bad or vice Versa. Now that you're aware of what's going on, make the decision to be positive with your energy. So back to confidence- how do you build more of it? Simple- every single time you're faced with a challenge, make the decision to face it with assertiveness. If you're nervous or anxious about anything, your assertive action (decision) will build you units of confidence that you can measure later. Decisions mean action and actions will lead to results. Make good decisions and you'll gain more confidence. Gain more confidence, you'll have a higher chance of living a happy, successful life. Part of a little Wayne song includes quotes I'll always remember and apply to my own life and I'm sharing it with you now: "confidence is a stain they can't wipe off." The more challenges you face, the stronger you become.

Use any lateral machine but only hit one arm at a time. Begin with 20 reps with your right arm. Read 5-10 seconds and complete another 10 reps with your right arm. Repeat with the opposite arm. If you want an impressive mid-section, make sure you're hitting Vaccums! Set up as shown in the video, and pretend you get punched in the stomach and try and hold the tension in your gut for 3-10 seconds for a total of 5-6 reps.
