Over the last 2 years, I’ve read over 100 books, listened to hundreds of hours of podcasts, and watched countless videos with the goal of improving day after day, month after month, and now year after year. The undeniable truth I’ve learned is this; we are the direct results of our philosophy, beliefs, decisions and actions. Who we are today is the direct result of what we’ve CHOSEN to become. -
Accepting complete responsibility of our fate is the very beginning of living your life the way it’s meant to be lived: on your own terms. Decide what you want by actually taking time to explore what you want! It boggles my mind that 99% of human beings never even take the time to explore this. The more you explore your desires, you’ll realize that material possessions don’t mean shit. What matters is what you become. And you can do this by choosing to get better at something, implying there’s a skill set you want to acquire. -
Once you decide what this is, spend the rest of your life getting so mother-fucking good at it, you shock yourself and everyone else around you because you’ve attained mastery at something. You will have purpose. This purpose will allow you to give back to the world. And the world will be a better place. If you are who you want to become, you will become who you already are. And it’s always a better version of yourself. This is what will help you find happiness and it will help you help others find their happiness. And to me, happiness is what life is all about. Face an incline bench on a smith machine. Use an underhand grip and drive with your elbows and contract hard with your lats at the top of each rep. Perform 12- 15 reps like this. Once you hit failure, pull the bench back so you have room to perform rows with dumbbells. *when facing the incline bench, I like to position my chest a bit over the end of the bench to provide more leverage. Hit 6 rounds! Let me know what you think.
Ps- another variation for y’all to try- hit 3 supersets of the smith rows with an overhand grip. Then, hit another 3 sets with the underhand grip (shown here). ________________________

I’ve found that abs are very similar to any other muscle you’re trying to build...they respond ONLY if you make them respond. Hit them hard. Use weighted resistance, drop sets, super sets, partials, giant sets, rest-pause, and every single other advanced technique you can think of. Put so much action out there, make it impossible to not succeed. ——————————-
