Natalie Piendl  Graphic designer & illustrator currently in college. I suffer with back issues, but I‘m still trying to live my best life. Also a musician & writer.

See you in May 💋

I created this portrait for a young boy in the Philippines named Mark. This is the Society of Student Illustrators’ second charity project of the semester. #memoryproject #portrait #watercolor

Here is the Society of Student Illustrators’ annual Christmas tree for the Akron Children’s Hospital. Our theme is The Nightmare Before Christmas, in honors of the 25th anniversary. The first image is the ornaments that I decorated, and the second, is a video of the decorations my mom donated 🔈Great job, everyone!

This is my new plant baby. His name is Steven.

This past week, the world of rock lost a legend. I only hope that Jill Janus has found the peace that she was looking for. I’m going to raise my horns, and show support for my fellow warriors. Please know that you are never alone, and that the hardships will pass. Thank you for this wonderful idea, @officiallzzyhale

Hey Freaks, I’d like to do something! I want everyone who has ever struggled with mental health to #RaiseYourHorns take a pic, tag and share it! The more people that are brave enough to put it out there, the more we will all see that we are not alone in our battles, in fact, we are the majority! Let’s get one step closer to breaking the mental health stigma! Much love in Rock n Roll #RaiseYourHorns

Destination poster, created for my Illustration course. This is a mixed-media project (including chalk pastel, fine-tipped markers, and colored pencils). I chose Naples, Italy because my mother’s family originates from there. #naples #italy #illustration

This is an editorial piece I drew for my Illustration course. The article was about Switzerland banning inhumane ways to kill crustaceans.

Marzia and I are counting down till Christmas! #3days

This is a life drawing I created of my mother baking cupcakes. The medium I used is icing.

This is a “poetic” advertisement for earbuds— for my Introduction to Design course. Thanks @fallinginreverse for your inspirational lyrics. It went perfectly with my concept 😍

It's hard enough for people to lose weight, but it's even harder getting daily exercise when you’re physically disabled. I must admit, I'm in a lot of pain after those laps. But in the end, it's all worth. I'll make sure to get plenty of rest! Don't let your disabilities define you.

Who wants this for their wallpaper?😉 My (four-layer) relief prints, inspired by various Japanese artwork.
