As baby gets bigger you often start to feel like you are waddling! This is caused by increased extension in your lower back which prevents you from properly rolling through your feet when walking. It’s okay if you notice you do this, but try to make a concerted effort to β€œroll” through your feet with each step, lower that heavy bump and let your bottom muscles help propel you to where you need to go!
