We are pretty excited about this one! On tap now, the Milky Way from @sailorsgravebrewing - their homage to the Japanese fermented milk drink Calpis. Oh yes. Their interpretation is a kettle soured milk and custard apple Berliner Weisse. Creamy, tart and extremely moreish, this goodness is made in an old butter factory in Gippsland where the Snowy River meets the sea. Always experimenting with locally sourced ingredients, their beers are filled with character and, only less than a year old, they are on a serious upward trajectory so check them out for yourselves! #thelincolncarlton
