Your intention, a spiritual way of saying your ‘drive’ or your ‘motive’, is everything. Why ARE you meditating, daughter? Why? If the reason isn’t big enough, isn’t true enough to you, if it isn’t something you'd lay your life down to see accomplished, then its not big enough and the moment your knee hurts or you recall something you forgot to do or you didn’t sleep well or someone just broke up with you, or you got fired or Trump was elected, the minute something come up, you’ll bail on the sit.
