this vegan ‘rookworst’ from @devegetarischeslager is mind blowing! the texture is exactly the same as the ‘real deal’ and the taste too (even better, said my carnivore friend🤪)

Also, not only do I preach for #bodypositivity, but maybe Instagram should introduce the ability to post different sized pictures as well!

An all vegan breakfast while studying for my finals. Soy yoghurt from @albertheijn with whole oats, sunflower seeds, flax seed and raisins, all from @debiobasis. With some fruits and last but NOT LEAST coffee with rice milk (also from @debiobasis ) Let’s pretend it’ll give me high energy, a hyperfocus, a super brilliant brain and loaaads of luck 📚📝🥠

We had vegan steak from @vivavivera, tofu, barbecued bread, all kinds of vegetables, huge ‘meaty’ mushrooms and vegan mayo (from #calvé). Afterwords we had a vegan @cornetto 😍 What a time to be vegan🌱☺️ #vanwateetjedanwel

This weather is crazy 😅💦! (37’C in NL is very unusual..) Although I work in a gym and it’s very cool here (20’C) my collegue and I really felt like eating this tub of Fudge Brownie @benjerrysnl 😍

favourite lunch these days: homemade wraps with rice, baked tofu, cucumber, pickles, paprika, hummus and tomato ketchup.

Pancakes for breakfast 🥞 💕
I’ve become kinda addicted to this easy hearty pancakes/wraps recipe.. It’s just 4 ingredients (incl. water and salt)
•buckwheat flour •a substitute for egg like a flax egg (1 tbsp ground flax) I’m using this GF flour mix from @albertheijn with corn flour, rice flour and potato flour. •a pinch of salt
•water
It’s ready in less than 5 minutes and I use them as pancakes (topped with sweet things like yoghurt, fruit, nuts and seeds, cinnamon and raisins) and as wraps/tortillas (topped with savoury things like vegan chicken, vegatables, hummus, ketchup....etc.)
Already looking forward to the next time😍🙈
