Pre-dose ibuprofen. 4 shots espresso and muffin 45 min prior. Non-stim pump supp with a 1/2 dose mostly mental clarity and focus pre workout. Good music for the aggression to build. Today it's Rage Against The Machine. Red t-shirt picked out, Tom Platz style....red induces rage, aggression and fury. 10 minutes stretch time, then time to GRIND.
