At this point, I've just been focusing on finishing my workouts instead of trying to hit old numbers. I constantly remind myself to focus on getting back into a stable routine and telling my ego to sit his ass down.

I know gaining weight can be such a pain in the ass when ur body doesn't want to. If I listened to my body signaling that I'm full and constantly giving me the urge to move around, I'd probably be just a few pounds heavier now than the dude on the left.

At times, you really have to ignore the signals and eat to grow. Can't gain weight? The answer is simple, just fucking eat. Still nothing. Eat more. "I eat 10 meals a day and still nothing..." Then make it 15. Do what it takes. Just eat more calories than you burn in a day πŸ‘πŸΌ No rocket science here πŸ‘ŒπŸΌπŸš€

Don't get me wrong, I'm not perfect and I still undereat from time to time which causes me to lose weight and get smaller. But through the years, I've managed to stay consistent and I've realized that the small efforts add up πŸ’ͺ🏼 #fitmeph
