One of my favorite booty exercises - the stiff leg deadlift πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯ AKA the Bend & Snap πŸ€— Start out doing these in 3 sets of 10 with light weight. You can slowly increase that as you build up strength. Get it right...keep it tight πŸ‘ #MissNewBooty #WorkItOutWednesday

I'm not perfect. I have shitty balance and a messed up shoulder. I have moments where I actually forget to eat (stupidity at it's finest πŸ™„). I also love beer (& coffee) much more than I should. I've gone from busting out of a size 14 to fitting comfortably in a 2/4...where I've stayed despite the scale moving from time to time. So I may not be perfect...but I'll be damn if I don't work hard...do my absolute best...and constantly work on becoming the best version of ME possible EVERY.SINGLE.DAY.
