Our latest release, The Dalmore Port Wood Reserve, brings together black forest fruit and plum flavours with our own signature chocolate orange house style. A majestic and refined single malt created by its maturation in exquisite Port pipes.

With aromas of cinnamon, vanilla and red fruits, the flavour of The Dalmore Cigar Malt Reserve comes from its maturation in American white oak ex-bourbon casks and Matusalem oloroso butts before a final finesse in Cabernet Sauvignon wine barriques. A true after dinner delight.

One of The Dalmore’s classic expressions, The Dalmore Cigar Malt Reserve is one to be savoured by cigar lovers. Its sweet palate of tropical fruits, banana toffee and vanilla ice cream is a perfect accompaniment to fine cigars.

The Dalmore is a distillery which defies convention. The unusual features of our stills, like the flat tops and angled lyne arms, have been designed to produce full-flavoured and complex spirits.

The dark treacle flavours of The Dalmore 35 and the sweet Vaucluse figs of this pigeon breast dish are a true delight on the senses, courtesy of @shangrilaparis.

The depth of The Dalmore's unique spirit derives from our exquisite cask curation. Our special relationship with prestigious sherry producers, Gonzalez Byass, grants us the unique opportunity to mature our spirit in rare casks, gifting the whisky with complexity and depth.

Referred to as “a real treasure trove of flavours” by our Master Distiller @Richard.Paterson, The Dalmore 19 is one of our newest releases. To taste, cinnamon apple, Java coffee and coconut flavours crescendo on the palate.

The Dalmore 16 is described by Master Distiller @Richard.Paterson as a “radiant whisky” with aromas of mulled wine, sweet syrup and toffee – a symphony on the senses.

The Dalmore has released two new expressions for those travelling within Asia. The Dalmore 16 and The Dalmore 19 are exclusively available through duty-free stores in Taiwan.

A perfect union between The Dalmore’s highly complex spirit and exquisitely curated casks, the 2018 Distillery Exclusive has spent 12 years in American white oak ex-bourbon casks before being transferred into an aged Gonzalez Byass Pedro Ximénez sherry butt.

Honouring a 175 year old tradition of multi cask maturation, The Dalmore is matured in a minimum of two precious wooden casks, giving our spirit its unique style and flavour.

The Dalmore Distillery Exclusive for 2018 is now available. Just 300 bottles are available this year, making our newest release a true privilege to drink. Majestic and complex, expect flavours of Colombian coffee, praline chocolate and roasted hazelnuts.
