Many of you asked what some of my workout routines are and I wanted to share some that I did while out at the park the other day!
Using a rock that was about a foot high, I started off doing some high knees, side lunges, forward lunges, step downs, then squats and finished with step ups!
You can literally do any of these exercises with a stable object (the rock I was on def was not ideal hahaha) that's about a foot high.
With these exercises I'd recommend doing 4 sets (so that you can do two sets on each leg when needed) of 30 seconds. Just push yourself as hard as you can! :) Hope this helps ♡
