I've said it before and I'll say it again, there's nothing fancy or exciting about most training days. Most days, like today, it's just doing reps. This was 285lbs for 8x2 supersetted with 8x5 close grip pullups. Go out and do your reps today.

¤ Barbell row - 4x4 @ 225lbs

¤ Block pulls - 3x5 @ 405lbs + red bands .
¤ Single arm dumbbell row - 3x7 @ 100lbs (no video aka no proof aka no #gains) .
¤ Tire flips - 24 total reps (#supersetted with rope climbs) .
¤ Arm only rope climbs - 24 pulls per arm

¤ Reverse hyper - 2x10 and supersetted with pull-ups (great finisher!) .
¤ Pull-ups 2x8

Some strongman training from the other day which might have caused my back to go wack. I've got a bulged disk but still hit a 315lbs squat pr. Head over to @j_buddy3 to see that video. .

I've started using strongman equipment during my workouts, especially the log to build my shoulders. Try it if you can. This is 170lbs for 5x2

Today was heavish weight at oddish angles. 8x1 of 225lbs on a step incline and 7x3 of 175lbs log press. S/O to @gnclivewell for sending me my #probox which included a preworkout with 320mg of caffeine per serving, tasted gross but I lifted for 3 hours .
