Elizabeth Rutherford was crafted by fermenting Black Tuesday imperial stout on the skins and must of 100% de-stemmed Napa Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the Rutherford American Viticultural Area of Napa Valley. After maturing for one year in French oak puncheons, this boundary shattering wine and beer hybrid is finally ready for release. The results? A full-bodied foray with notes of cocoa, berries, cassis and soft tannins. Available exclusively to Hoarders Society members in this month's Allocations.

Meringue My Bell- American sour ale with lime, graham cracker, vanilla, and lactose aged in oak barrels, 8.4% ABV.
Bourgogne Noir- This beer-wine hybrid was natively co-fermented with de-stemmed Pinot Noir grapes from Santa Barbara County and whole cluster Pinot Noir grapes from San Luis Obispo County and aged gracefully in French oak puncheons, 14.1% ABV.
Elizabeth Rutherford- Crafted by fermenting Black Tuesday imperial stout on the skins and must of 100% destemmed Napa Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the Rutherford American Viticultural Area of Napa Valley, 14.5% ABV.
