“To determine your SNATCH grip, raise the PVC bar above your head, then lower one arm to be parallel to the ground and other arm should be perpendicular to the ground to make a 90 degree angle between your arms. Save your arm position on the PVC. If you do everything properly then you will have correct snatch position.” - @torokhtiy

Ab check! I’m doing the @hasslefreebbc with @meechster @kevlarskimmer and @mendoza_corey this Saturday at Abraham Lincoln high school! We are going to try and qualify for the AO3 in VIVA LAAAAAS VEGAS🎼! Pretty stoked to watch my boys lift again, it sure has been a while.

I myself haven’t really lifted in about three months. I’ve dabbled in some light snatches and clean and jerks here and there but have mostly been doing conditioning.

Goal for this weekend is just to qualify! No big numbers for me! I hurt my shoulder/rotator cuff a few months ago snowboarding 🏂 and it put me out of lifting for a minute! On Monday I go in to see an orthopedic doctor and hopefully can get an MRI to see what’s going on in there!
