5pts and totally stuffed with these applesauce protein pancakes! I've been trying to figure out a recipe I like with the Kodiak Cakes flapjack mix and this is a winner! I mixed 1/2 cup of the kodiak cakes buttermilk flapjacks mix with 1/2 cup of unsweetened applesauce and added vanilla, cinnamon and a splenda packet and water to thin it out a little to make it easier to pour. Super moist and filling 🥞
Meal prepped a plant based lunch for the week! Cilantro lime cauliflower rice mixed with black beans and topped with @beyondmeat Fiesty Crumbles and fajita style bell peppers for only 2sp! I topped mine with some chunky salsa for some heat 🤤
Used @mudhustler_official Big Ass Waffle recipe to make blueberry pancakes this morning and I was not disappointed! Super satisfying and delicious 🖤

I had fluxated with my weight so much since I started @weightwatchers because I wasn't being consistent with the plan. This week I planned ahead and gave myself some goals for the week and really stuck to it and was so happy when I did my weigh in today to see results! I'm more motivated now than ever because I see that I CAN DO IT! 💕
A Peanut Butter lovers dream! 🥜 I picked up these two products at Trader Joe's this week - the Better'n Peanut Butter has a really good taste to it and is only 1sp for a tbsp! The Bamba Peanut Snacks are basically peanut butter puffs, you can have 11 for 1sp which is perfect to work into my dailies and feels indulgent 🤩
