Reverse meathook, something I never thought I'd be able to do It was such a weird position for my shoulder and body to be in when I first started training for it. Yet most of the movements I've been doing this year have been completely new to me. Practice > Working out
Been workin on head to toe stretch it's painful but really helping my lower back open up and give me an increase in range of motion I'd never thought I'd have, I could barely grab my foot when I started this stretch about a month ago. Flexibility is a choice.
