🔴 can of kidney beans 🔴 mushrooms 🔴 peppers & onions 🔴 garlic 🔴 spices - garam masala, cayenne, cumin and paprika
Mix all ingredients together on a low heat and add in any meat you like - I always use left over mets from Sunday roast 👍 so this week it was pulled pork. Add any additional spices if needed. I garnish with coriander and have a side salad with it.
The kids & other half have it with pitta bread and 'sunshine' rice ☀️ (basmati rice boiled with a spoonful of turmeric so it comes out yellow 😉)
