My new favorite way to use my tart cherries which have been so abundant this year. Roasted cherry ice cream recipe from Stella @bravetart is absolutely the best!💜 Intense cherry flavor is achieved by roasting the cherries ‘on the bone’ as she says, or pits and all. Then you smoosh out the pits with your fingers, infuse the cream with the pits and reduce the excess liquid to concentrate the flavor .
