Essentially, one of the worst habits we can develop is the habit of procrastination. At one point in life we all have caught ourselves saying "I'll do it later." Some of us more often than not. We are identified by our personality and and what we accomplish is highly dependent on our habits. ➖➖
A habit is an attained behavior pattern regularly followed until it has become almost involuntary. Once habits are developed it's very difficult to change them, they almost become a part of who we are. For example if there is a person in your regular coffee shop who always walks around his table twice before sitting down to drink his coffee, other regulars can easily identify him based on that habitual act. Might be a weird analogy but you get the point people identify you by habits you may have. Procrastination is not a very good and productive habit to have, you don't want to be identified as the person who always says they're going to do something and never get it done. The amount of things that can be done throughout the day, if we did not procrastinate is endless. Best way to eliminate that dreaded thought of procrastination is writing a "power list" or a "goal list" for the day, month, year, and so on. You will be surprised at how much you will get done. Get rid of procrastination and develop discipline to get those important things done in order to make the most of your day and most importantly your life.
