DAY 13 of #21DaysOfWellness | My Most Effective Body Shaping Secrets 💕 For wellbeing + weight loss I recommend eating a nourishing diet full of protein + plenty of vegetables, leafy greens and healthy fats as well as addressing your lifestyle and sleep. This is my 8-step checklist that I use daily to help me on my wellness journey!
1. Aim for 500g of vegetables and leafy greens per day.
2. Eat 25g – 40g protein per meal.
3. Enjoy healthy fats such as avocado and olive oil.
4. Drink at least 2 litres of water per day.
5. Move at least 30 minutes per day. Stretch, walk, yoga, pilates... 6. Prioritise sleep and get at least 8 hours each night.
7. Don’t eat late at night + no big meals before bed… keep it light and nourishing.
8. Have fun! 💕
