HOW TO DO A BAD ASS PUSH UP
If you are a bigger person like me, you can understand how tough it can be to do a Push up. And even when you practice, the belly can get in the way sometimes.
Do not let let that discourage you from practicing your push ups cause these are a wonderful tool to help you build strength and look great!
Here's what I believe about movement at ANY SIZE:
WE MUST ALL DEVELOP GOOD HABITS WHEN LEARNING HOW TO EXERCISE.
This helps us to prevent injury and to get the most out of our training.
The push up is one of the things that people tend to screw up the most.
Flaring elbows/butt high/lack of full range of motion/hand in front of the shoulders, these are the biggest mistakes I see
In the bottom video, you can see that my body is in a straight line, my hands are under my shoulders, elbows are in, and I have full range of motion. PLUS I AM IN FULL CONTROL OF MY PUSH UP☺️ It's tough to do at first, but with practice and proper progression, you too can become a PUSH UP PIMP!! Did you like this tutorial on push ups?
