I can't always stick to a schedule with a gym partner, so I lift #solo, out of necessity. To see results though, I gotta lift #Heavy & to #Failure. So I get creative:
1️⃣. I use machines that let me spot myself. OR
2️⃣. I always use dumbells... which let me drop the weight (literally) when i cant push out any more reps.

Being inspired is Step 1. Finding a way to stay motivated is Steps 2-10. My motivation comes in many forms, but it started with #RESPECT for my friend's Time & Effort. He took the time to build a plan to help me get in shape, and the last thing I was going to do was let him down (or waste his time).

Once the changes started to come, the internal motivation kicked in and I kept it going. But the first few months, it simply came down to Respect. Please believe that you can do it too.
▪️The results above are 100% natural, I'm 40 years old and there were no tricks involved. It just involved alot of hard work and a willingness to sacrifice.
