Single leg training demands tremendous leg and core strength, flexibility, balance, body control, muscle synergy and focus. Try this single leg workout challenge (assisted pistol squats with a bench or chair to modify). The pistol squat is an incredibly challenging exercise requiring not only Leg and core strength, but intense focus between your mind and muscles. ----------- Complete 10 reps of each exercise on each leg. Repeat 2x: 1. Front Cross Ball Pass 2. Curtsy Drop Arm Press 3. T-Extend Hand Off 4. Deadlift Arm Raise 5. T-Extend Kick Thru 6.
