Outdoor workout of the day: This cardio and core conditioning football field drill helps increase speed, agility and core strength:
4 exercises.
Complete entire length of field for each exercise (Changing lead leg at the 50 yard line on exercises 1, 3 & 4)

1. 5 Yard Lateral Run + Burpee
2. Lateral Run Thru + Side Burpee
3. 5 Yard Plank Walk + Back Run 10 Yards (sprint Ups)
4. 5 Yard Lateral Squat Step + 8 high knees --------

13 exercises: complete each for 50 seconds with 10 second transition to next. Equipment needed: Resistance band and a bench or post to secure. Loops handles through each other for single arm exercise:

3. Single Tricep Band Extension R.
4. Repeat Left
5. Single Band Press Up Jacks R.
6. Repeat Left
7. Squat Diagonal Pull R.
8. Repeat Left

10. Band Swing Squat Jump
11. Squat Hold Band Pulls
