1. How to gain weight??
You have to be in a calorie surplus and eat more than you’re burning. The main foods that I eat a lot include eggs, oats, brown rice, chicken breast, wholemeal wraps, pasta, protein shakes. Gaining ONLY muscle and no fat is pretty unlikely, but if you stick to increasing healthy carbs and lean protein it’ll be a lot more balanced.
2. How to build muscle, especially glutes??
Aside from being in a calorie surplus, to really grow your muscles you need to lift HEAVY. I love weightlifting because it gives me the muscle progress that I want, and also makes me feel strong. But if you want any sort of booty gains, you’re going to have to lift weights. My favourite exercises for glutes are barbell hip thrusts, back squats, stiff leg deadlifts, Bulgarian split squats and cable kickbacks. But it takes consistent dedication to grow muscle - there’s nearly two years between these two photos!
3. How tall are you??
