Missing my freedom already, but I'm starting my last semester of university! So excited for what's to come 😬😬😬 My goals for this semester are to stay on top of my study from the very beginning, and also to maintain my meal prep and gym as consistently as last semester - this really helped me remain fairly stress free, I highly suggest finding an outlet that you enjoy whilst studying. Having something break up your routine can be so important, this way you're not overwhelmed and overworked 🌸🌸🌸

BOOTY DAY WITH MY FAV GIRLS! We did a circuit using
πŸ‘ Hip thrusts
πŸ‘ Straight legged deadlifts
πŸ‘ Medicine ball goblet squats
We did all three IN A ROW, WITH NO BREAK, REPEAT FOR FOUR TIMES πŸ”₯πŸ”₯πŸ”₯ Then we did a deadlift and Bulgarian spilt squat superset. Then to finish off we combine sled runs and walking lunges and that killed me ☠️☠️☠️ Gymming with fitness chicks is great because it always motivates me to keep pushing, but then ya know I still can't walk the next day πŸ™ƒπŸ™ƒπŸ™ƒ

@flowerchildcafe won my heart over YET AGAIN - I had their cocoa pops waffles and it came with jelly!!!!!!!! What could be more perfect than that 😍😍😍 So many JELL-lous looks at my heavenly platter, and my crew of equally delicious brunch plates πŸ™ŒπŸ½πŸ™ŒπŸ½πŸ™ŒπŸ½ I had the best day with these girls so of course we had to end it with brunch πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’–

Do what makes you happy - for me that's eating food and lifting weights. I'm not the best at either but I wouldn't cut out one for other, EVER. I've had people criticise me both for eating the (delicious) food that I eat, or for exercising at the gym and becoming 'bulky' (where?!). But what I've done has worked for me so far and made me so happy with my life and my body! I have a long way to go, but I can safely say that I now enjoy every second of my fitness journey! πŸ’–πŸ’–πŸ’– Take your time and don't be so hard on yourself!

PAVLOVA HOTCAKES, WHAT A TREAT! These were some yummy fruit pancakes with mango ice cream, chunks of meringue, a citrus ganache, LOTS of fresh fruits and fluffy hot cakes ☁️☁️☁️ Overkill for breakfast??? NEVER. @thepicnicburwood you keep doing you 😍😍😍 Also their coffee decorations are so cute!

πŸ”₯ Straight legged deadlift - 35kg, focus on extending the hamstrings 15 x 4
πŸ”₯ Back squat - 50kg, I've been really trying to perfect my form but still a way to go, 4 x 10

I do these nearly every lower body day and then will add in exercises like cable kickbacks, leg curls, back extension, front squat, deadlifts, split squats, depending on how I feel! πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ‘
