Sometimes (actually if I’m being honest it happens almost daily) I hear something that speaks to my soul. Today I heard someone (@jessicazweig) say “YOU ARE YOUR ONLY LIMIT”. .

🤯🙌🏼 I myself am 100% guilty of this and it’s probably a huge reason it spoke to me. However, if I’m being honest I’m sure everyone of you reading this is guilty of limiting yourself in one way or another. Whether its making excuses to not work out, eat healthy, cook dinner, not drink so much, why you’re not going after that job you want... you get the point. .

Not going to go on a huge tangent here... just something to think about, do what you want with it. I personally plan on getting up and taking steps (hehe) to stop limiting myself ❤️🤗

I feel like I’ve been posting a shit ton of pics of myself with some type of drink but I’ve been getting a TON of questions about it celery juice! Sooooo let’s talk celery juice! .

I drink it first thing on an empty stomach. I honestly don’t know why but thats how you’re supposed to drink it. 🤷🏻‍♀️

I make mine for two days at a time. Actually lets be honest I don’t know how I would stay true without the help of my roomie. We rotate making it. So for example she’ll make it Monday night for Tuesday & Wednesday and then I’ll make it Wednesday night for Thursday & Friday and so on. It doesn’t taste good to me at least if you prep it for three days. 👎🏼

We have a juicer but you can totally do it in a blender. You just need a nut milk bag to strain it and they have em on @amazon for cheap. I YouTube searched how to make it and watched a 3 min video. .

Its JUST celery nothing else. .

It doesnt make me feel sick, it makes me feel GOOD which is the main reason I do it!! .
